How soon can I start?
Request an invite and you'll be onboarded within about 10 days.
Can I manage more than one PG?
Yes. Add as many properties as you run, then see them together on the dashboard or open one at a time.
Can my staff use it too?
Yes. Add managers and staff, limit each person to the properties they look after, and adjust what each role is allowed to do.
Can tenants get a receipt for their rent?
Yes. Each payment can be turned into a numbered PDF invoice, with your GSTIN if the property has one. Download it or email it straight to the tenant.
How is tenant Aadhaar handled?
Only a masked Aadhaar number is stored with the tenant's profile, so the full number isn't shown in the app.
I already keep everything in a spreadsheet. Do I start over?
No. Import your rooms and beds from a CSV, and your expenses from an Excel sheet.
